It's too often found out later what was excluded, what parts of the specs were loosely interpreted, what substitutions were being proposed, and what level of service can be expected. It's not always easy to calculate losses due to poor performance by a supplier, but those losses are not imagined...they matter in real dollars!

Lindquist Project Mangers are technically trained professionals including industry certified Architectural Hardware Consultants (AHC) and Certified Door Consultants (CDC)...supported by the best distribution team in the industry.
· The Lindquist Quotation
There are basically two approaches to interpreting specifications... 1) Take advantage of every possible loophole and argue later about who will get hit for the extras, or 2) Clearly indicate what is included, and what exceptions may have been taken. Our quotations are always clear, honest, and complete.
· Order Expediting
Factory orders are not filed and forgotten. We mark every factory order with a requested delivery date in keeping with your requirements, and routinely check order status. While no distributor can promise complete control over the manufacturing process, we can certainly take steps to limit problems down the road.
· Full-Service Delivery
All cases are marked with door and item numbers coordinated with our Opening Schedule. We do not "drop-ship" cases of unmarked material.
· Field Service
Lindquist service technicians will field survey existing conditions to assure conformance with new materials. Our project managers and service department are prepared to promptly respond to any possible field problems.
· After-Market Service
We provide the end-user with a Lindquist "Owner's Manual" at the close of each project. This document includes helpful information for follow-up service and proper maintenance of our products. This service means fewer call-backs for you, and assures your clients that you have chosen the best for them.
